2. This marketing website
The site works without analytics or advertising cookies. 3. Enquiry-form security
When you send a contact or guided-access form, the server starts a short-lived PHP session. Its session cookie is used to limit repeated submissions and protect the enquiry service from abuse. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Call Platform portal storage
The authenticated Call Platform portal uses strictly necessary session, authentication, security and trusted-device storage. These items keep a user signed in, apply account branding, protect forms, support multi-factor authentication and remember a trusted browser only when the user chooses that option.
A customer or dedicated estate may enable additional integrations or services. The applicable portal notice, customer contract and configuration govern those features.
